The products easily removable residue, good seam forming and highly efficient deposiyion. Wire meltingdoes not lead to splash or strong flasing. The sem surface is smooth and welding quality is guaranteed. They facilitate mechanical and automatic welding process. With a wide range of welding parameters, the wires can be used in open fields with strong wind and applied to automobiles, ships.
Main Applications:
It is suitable to weld 450Mpa-500Mpa grade structures, such as boilers, ships, pressure vessels, as well as LPG cylinders, Before welding, the base metal must clear away impurities and fht flux must be baked in a temperature of 300° C-350° C for 1-2 hours.
1. Standard:AWS: EH142. Diameter: 2.5, 3.2, 4.0mm3. Application: Submerged-arc welding wire can be used to welding low carbon steel and some low-alloy steel (16Mn) structures with flux HJ101 in the field of, such as boilers, nuclear stations, chemical containers, ships, pressure vessels, etc. Used together with sintered flux 101. Submerged-arc welding wire can be used for welding atmospheric corrosion-resistant steel structures with tensile strength of 550MPa. Submerged-arc welding wire are widely used as welding carbon steel and corresponding strength, such as 5MnVN, suitable for pipe-line steel welding.
